The Technology and Applications for Competitiveness Operational Programme is just around the corner!
The first calls for research, development, innovation and digital technologies will be launched in April.
The Operational Programme for Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness (OP EIC) is slowly fading away and is followed by OP TAC, which covers subsidy programmes for the period 2021 – 2027.
The TAC OP is divided into six priority areas focusing on research, development and innovation, the development of digital infrastructure, the shift towards a low-carbon economy, more efficient use of resources and the development of sustainable mobility. OP TAC, like OP EIC, is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of Czech enterprises, in addition to focusing on green economy trends and the transition to a carbon-neutral economy.
In total, the companies will share CZK 81 billion. The calls will be open mainly to small and medium-sized enterprises, but in some cases large enterprises will also be able to apply, especially in the fields of research and development and energy. Projects must be implemented outside the capital city of Prague.
First calls are coming as early as August 2022.
