MIDA Consulting s.r.o., Břežánecká 832/5, 158 00 Prague 5 – Jinonice, ID No.: 28536941, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 148766 (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”) processes personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) to the following extent: e-mail, name, surname (hereinafter referred to as “personal data”).

The company processes personal data for the purpose of sending e-newsletters, bulletins containing marketing information, invitations to marketing events and maintaining the business relationship. We take care to send you only relevant and useful information and to use your personal data only to the extent and in the form necessary to achieve the marketing and business purposes described, unless you object to its further use in the manner described. Sharing of personal data is voluntary.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. We process your personal data for a period of 5 years after you have given your permission. After this period, we will notify you of the possibility to give a new permission. If we do not receive a new permission from you, we will delete your data.

The processing of personal data is carried out by the data controller, MIDA Consulting s.r.o., but personal data may also be processed by the following processors:

Software provider Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC.)

The data controller transfers personal data outside the EU, specifically to the USA where the software provider is based. The transfer of the data will take place on the basis of verification of the processor by the Privacy Shield platform. (This platform checks whether the US software complies with European legislation.)

You give your express consent to the above processing. The provision of personal data is voluntary.

You have the following rights under GDPR:

1) right to withdraw your consent at any time;

2) right to access information from us about the processing of personal data;

3) right to access to your personal data;

4) require us to correct inaccurate personal data or to complete or update it;

5) right to request us to delete your personal data without delay;

6) right to restrict the processing of personal data;

7) right to transmit personal data in a machine-readable format;

8) in case of doubt about the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data, the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
